I should come as no surprise that gas prices are impacting households earning less than $50k than those making more. Gas is a higher percentage of spending for those making less.
In my area, the road commission is doing everything possible to maximize the effect of high gas prices, including doing road repairs on high traffic area and alternate routes at the same time.
